Shouldn't Victoria Lowery be giving driving tours of the Capstone in her recently received Mercedes?

Take a tour of Fraternity Row with your Alabama gear on, I'm sure they'll invite you in the house for a beer

I really want to visit LSU's campus and stadium. Is there someone in the athletic dept that can arrange a tour?

Also, what are some must see places?

To tourists and people that have NEVER visited Baton Rouge and seen the USS Kidd, the State Capital Building, BR Zoo, casinos, hotels, parks, golf courses, restaurants etc., how is it a "joke" ????

Come on, a flood could wash away the USS Kidd and no one would even notice. And ask all of those grounds people if they truly give a flying shite about their job. It's a paycheck for them and that's all that matters. In fact, I'd bet half of them said something today about wanting to quit due to the 105 degree heat.

I lived in BR for 25 years, I can easily say it's a joke. I'm not being an elitist either. I didn't see a problem with BR until I started traveling and realized how far behind the rest of the US it is. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy visiting as there's 2 or 3 fun things to do, but I'll never live there again.

First of all, I didn't necessarsily mean the people that work there, I meant the marketing and tourism and economic development leaders.
Secondly, Baton Rouge is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the south. Booming commercial construction and new road construction.

I am baffled by your comments? Exactly how is Baton Rouge 'behind' the rest of the U.S. ???

Why are you so vindictive and spiteful ? What the hell happened to make you so vitriolic to Baton Rouge? It's not New York or Boston or LA.
but you think it's a "joke" and is "behind the rest of the US." REALLY ?????????? The WHOLE ENTIRE REST OF THE US ????????

WTF is your problem ???????????

You lived in Baton Rouge for 25 years. TWENTY FIVE YEARS...and THIS is how you talk about it?

Oh yeah you're right, you're not being elitist..
In fact, to think yourself 'elitist' enough to even SAY 'you're not being elitist' is the JOKE.

He lives in Austin, TX and he's deluded enough into thinking everywhere has that type of demographic breakdown. So he's convinced himself every city not like Austin is not representative of normal. Basically, he's an elitist idiot at this point.
