You're probably just trolling but just in case you're not, Cannizaro has proven himself to be a liar.

He lied to Mainieri when AC resigned, he lied to his players at Miss State about his distracted attention to their practices and scrimmages and he lied to Cohen when Cohen asked him about the affair rumors.

He can't be trusted.

No, thank you.

I really wanted to see what Paul was gonna do if we tied it up after he PH Webre for Hughes

was thinking the same thing. I imagine he would have put Broussard at short, moved Reid to 2nd and brought in Slaughter to play 3rd. Or some variation of that.

Again very good points. Duplantis going 0-5 does hurt and not really normal. When he and Watson get on things happen. Bad night given the number of base runners we had (it happens). I remember a game we played where we had like 15 hits and 2 runs. Frustating! Question: think it’s just a minor slump or bad stretch or should the lineup be changed around to create more opportunities? Pitching wasn’t bad. 4 runs IS a lot but usually only when facing league starting pitching...

What are you talking about? He’s struck out like 30 plus batters in his last 3 outings and given up a paltry number of runs.

Yeah. That last at bat looked bad for him. I was actually expecting him to put one into play. Just a bad night. Hell of a catch in the field though!!

It seems that as Duplantis goes so goes the Tigers.

We had too many poor ABs with men in scoring position and especially with men on third and less than two outs.

Good hitters had a bad night. It will even out.

Good to see newbies Broussard and Cabrera hitting and Watson back and getting back in the groove.

Here’s one for ya to save:

Hey, does this matter more or less than a midweek game? We allow ourselves to get trashed by ULL at their place, then allow a freaking jet-lagged, bottom of the barrel, Hawaii squad come in from halfway around the world and take a big kalikimaka dump on us in Alex Box!!! Also, how’s Notre Dame doing??? Guess they don’t matter either....
This team better get waaaaay more consistent in the batters box, and with our pitching woes this year, they better learn how to jump out to a commanding lead early, then keep the pressure on the whole game. This not getting serious till the seventh inning crap is losing us games we should be winning easily.
