Has anyone called the LSU ticket office lately?

I called this morning and there was a recording with menu options. I pressed “2” to speak to a ticket agent and I got another recording with a guy saying he was working remotely and to leave a name and number and he will call back.
I’ve never encountered this before. I can understand that the ticket office may have been working remotely back in 2020 but is it still necessary? In the past, I’m used to being on hold but a ticket agent would help me after just a short wait. I have yet to receive the call back. Football season is around the corner so I’m sure calls are starting to roll in.

They/He most likely forgot to change the voice mail greeting ; unless person is sick and currently working from home.

Well, I know this: we in LA are currently in our worst spike of Covid 19 yet. Hospitalizations growing by big numbers every day. The number of People on ventilators is growing too fast as well. And it does not seem to be letting up anytime soon.
The absolutely pathetic thing is that this could have been avoided had a big majority of LA's adults gotten vaccinated.

I had to call during baseball season and they were pretty good at responding and fixing any issue I had.
Far less to deal with than football I imagine.
