McKenna Kelley says she hasn’t made a decision yet whether to come back next year.

She said she thought her mind was made up, leaning to no, but “the door is open” now. #LSU

She said no this fall, then changed her mind mid season, then thought no after SEC's.

I think she will miss competing but I would be surprised if she is back. Hopefully she does. It would help LSU substantially next year.

You are just the troll. When LSU won the SEC Championship, you were silent.... did not say a damn thing at all. When LSU won regionals, you were silent.....did not say a damn thing at all. When LSU lost at Kentucky, you blew that thread up. Stop calling yourself a LSU fan. If you can only comment, when they are not winning, then what are you? A bum. I hope DD stays, so you can just pout and be mad for no damn reason for another year.

Let me tell you folks, and I've been everywhere, LSU is irrelevant outside of LA.

I just want to say congratulations to these ladies on their runner up finish this year. After the first few meets this season I sure didn’t see this team in this position. They came together and finished strong.

Shout out to Desiderio for being perfect and having her best meet of the year after being a disaster day one.

I do hope they change Campbell's dismount next year. Water down all the beam routines.

Absolutely ... that was Christina’s best floor all year.

I also hope they tweak a few things for Edney on beam and floor.

We need to lock up Jay as the next coach when DD retires. His arrival marked the change in our program moving to the next level. We’ve always been good but he’s made us national contenders.

He totally shite the bed as Georgia's head coach. Not sure "why", but that program tanked when he took over.

I don't know the answer, but it should be studied carefully. The facility has made a huge difference and its' hard to tell if it's Jay's recruiting or the facility (or both).

Yea she had the floor routine of her life. I was very concerned about them leaving her on floor.

I don't know much about gymnastics, but LSU finished 1st in SEC attendance, broke a school record for attendance and finished 2nd in national attendance and 2nd in the national title meet after winning the SEC. LSU has finished 2nd nationally in 3 of the last 4 years. LSU is averaging 10,000+ somehow in attendance and hasn't lost a home meet since 2014. Say what you want, but her teams are peaking right now...facts.

Congrats to the girls and to D.D. Breaux. what a year. Normally, i'm not happy with second place but what a performance tonight and we are so proud of the great finish. Couldn't have asked for anything more tonight.

I've checked in on gymnastics meets over the years.

Today was the best performance by an LSU gymnastics team that I've ever seen. They were impressive start to finish.

Just read on Twitter that if all scores counted LSU would have won by .15

Just shows how huge dropping that low score is.

I also wanted to give Christina major props for tonight! She brought it when we needed it!

I’ll admit, I’m heartbroken they didn’t win the title becuase of the senior class. Having a very hard time coming to terms that I won’t see them compete again.

But, 2nd runner up is still incredible. NOBODY gave this team a chance. Hell, we saw it in the opening segment with Bart & KJC. Judging aside, what OU did tonight was unreal. They are a machine, and I’m not sure what is ever going to stop them.

Closing with the future is extremely bright for this program. The incoming recruits class after class no doubt wins a title, if healthy. I’m praying we can keep Jay, and keep this ball rolling. We will break through eventually. We are so close.

If she's able to kick it up a notch it should be a fun year next year too. She could be a solid leader.

Not gonna lie, it looked like she put on about 5 pounds these past two weeks
