For the record, I am disgusted by all of this. But the tenuous effort to tie O to it does not sit right with me.

Guice is clearly a POS but if charges were never filed or formal complaints weren't filed then how is this LSU's fault? How did we not hear about all this back then? Did the girls just feel too afraid to speak up? I don't see this as some cover-up conspiracy without more insight.

It's always sketchy when the accuser doesn't report the alleged incident to police. If it did happen, then he needs to be and will be prosecuted. I just don't get how someone could get raped and never report it to the police. That just doesn't sound right to me.
