Kiffin: B+ (bad judgment calls in OM/UK games, but I'm still convinced he'll get us there long term)
Weis: A (red zone play calling is only main weak spot I see, pay this man whatever is required to stay)
Baker: D (GTFO with that soft zone in all the big games that matter, please go somewhere else next year)
OL Coach: D (even Seaton is getting beat sometimes, can't put this all on the players)
WR Coach: B
RB Coach: A
DL Coach: A
LB Coach: A
Secondary Coach: A

Hmm seems generous but it’s not the most talented group either

I agree with Kiffin's grade, but what do you see in Weis? He has been a big disappointment in my eyes. Why was Lane calling the plays against Kentucky. Something is not right with Weis. Can't put my finger on it.

As for the rest: I don't see how you can put an A for the DL, LB, and Secondary coaches. Have you watched the other games besides Clemson?
My grade would be C to C- on their grades.

RB coach is the only real improvement, IMO.

Kiffin was the right hire.

But a B+ is way too high for an LSU coach who lost 2 games in their first 6 games with both of them being SEC games against middle of the pack teams.
