Baseball is my least favorite sport out of the major ones, but that Warren Morris homerun gives me goosebumps every single time I watch it. It never fails!

I was one of those young recent grads who bought the baseball family pack for $35 when Bertman arrived. So my family saw this program grow. That moment was the best of so many great memories.

I ALWAYS tear up

I remember like it was yesterday. Watching with my brother and grandpa. I was laying on the floor in front of the TV. Me and my brother went from horizontal on the floor, to levitating with nothing in between! I always see my grandpas face when I watch it and have to smile.

Had a baseball game later that evening and it was all we could talk about. We were ALL swinging for the fences that night

Yep. I miss my live sports but I am enjoying the hell out of watching these replays. Warren Morris tonight. LSU-Alabama last night. I must have seen the National Championship game five times in the last month. Thank God we had the 2019 football season.

And I share this memory with my son. He’s in Houston and we’re texting back and forth tonight.

My friend had his wedding that day. The reception had a back room where the groom, all the groomsmen, and most of the other adult men were crammed into because that’s where the TV was. When he hit it, the party hit another gear (her dad was a beer distributor and had supplied plenty). Great memory.

Was finishing off the interior of my wife's salon at the time. She made me quit around the 4th inning and go to a friends to watch the remainder of the game. That ending cost him a ceiling fan and don't recall what else, but we broke a few things. Prompted me and two buddies to make the Omaha trip in '97 and got to see LSU beat the gumps for a natty. What a trip!

Yeah, saw that last night. Still cracks me up how old Chad Cooley looked in those years.
