Marcus spears and Paul finebaum seem like they're in a competition to see who can give saban a better blow j. I think he likes saban more than he likes his alma mater. He needs to just shut up sometimes and keep his negative comments to himself. I understand if people ask you a question about LSU football and what you think about it, but his rant he went on this week about how LSU is an average program and that we aren't worth a damn anymore was ridiculous. He seems to bash LSU everytime he talks about them. He needs to learn to shut up sometimes.

Buckle up LSU fans I said two weeks ago after I watched UTC get after our QB this is the worst offensive line LSU has had in years. Not sure why all those linemen left but probably fits in with changing the scheme. This could be a rough couple of years.

He's openly said, numerous times, how much he respects Saban & goes out of his way to praise him every chance he gets. Remind you of someone else....with big ears? He's entitled to his opinion but to use a national tv program to destroy LSU, his former team, is inexcusable. This will be used in recruiting against LSU, big time.

He didn't say LSU wasn't worth a damn anymore, but the hard truth is...we are an average program compared to what we should be based on the program revenue, recruiting, and talent base.
It's been since 2011 we competed for a conference title. It's been since 2011 since we were worth mentioning in race for a National Championship. We have an average record in the SEC over the past 4 years. And we aren't competing for shite in the next 2 years at least

Ok. So we're not what we were. We're mediocre. Does that mean we have to settle for what we are?
We still recruit top 10 sometimes top 5. Louisiana is still LOADED with talent. Are we just supposed to say "frick it. We're supposed to be mediocre."? To hell with that.

Bro, I'm not going to pound on my chest to prove my LSU fan hood. I don't like where the program is right now, but I'm diehard still and always will be. My fandom is not in question here it's the direction our program has been heading since 2011.

I've seen this shite before. No he doesn't. It's his job to be objective and comment on SEC football, not be an LSU mouthpiece. Those of you expecting him to be a homer and an "ambassador for the university" need to realize that's not what he does. You want that, listen to lsusports.net.

Hell--he uses "we" when talking about LSU and I haven't seen any other analyst on that channel do that with their school.

Someone named Saban Coaches in this Division. That's why we haven't won conference or Division since 2011. That's also the reason Jimbo didn't want to Coach here. He'd be second fiddle behind Nick and knows it. He's got a comfy bed at FSU.
