I doubt he will go any where..

I really wish LSU would go another direction while LSU can still recruit itself.

There’s none, let a weak arse team come into the box and you basically give 2 games away on fundamentals, and poor decisions....People will spin it, but that’s on Maneri, esp that last batter hitting

Only way we get rid of Manieri (and I think we should) is when he decides to retire. Hopefully it comes sooner rather than later. I just hope he realizes that it is time for him to hang it up.

Hate to break it to you, but you don’t fire a coach who just hosted a super regional.

Why is that the only way? He’s underachieving.

You do realize he only hosted a super regional because Georgia got beat right?

If that’s the case then you’d never fire anybody and just retain mediocrity because you’re not guaranteed to get anybody.

People don’t like the question because most of the frequent suggestions either had a lesser 2019 season or have a similar track record as Mainieri (0-1 titles and a handful of CWS appearances).

Who knows...it is baseball, so it is definitely a legit possibility for a team of our caliber to win another title. That being said, I'd say false. We just consistently make too many simple mistakes. He should be lauded for his title, but this is starting to remind me of Les.

When he does retire/get replaced

1. Texas Tech coach
2. Bianco
3. Blake Dean

As long as he is our coach though, he has my support. Geaux Tigers.

Bring on football.

And because we swept a regional. This season has been dissapointing, but it’s not a reason to fire him.

Not going anywhere, that’s his alma mater.

Don’t know if he leaves Ole Miss to come back home. He’s been at Ole Miss a long time.

Mainieri has gotten worse as time’s gone on. The program has an aura of staleness with him.

He needs to be a little concerned because he can’t rely on his old buddy Joe anymore. Let’s see how long Woody puts up with this garbage.

Lol we were in the CWS Final in his 10th season. This year was admittedly a disappointment, we usually make it to the CWS every other year under Mainieri.

I don’t know but people keep telling me that we can’t expect Omaha every year and we were there just 2 years ago.

One more night of watching LSU!

Let’s fire Mac again. Youngsters ask your dad about how bad of a coach Mac was when he was let go.
