Louisiana heat is just different. Many will tell you its hot where they live like TX, AZ and various parts of the south but you go down to south Louisiana you will be losing fluids sweating by the minute out in that heat. We have heat and humidity here in FL but that humidity down there is just different. Glad your GF is ok.

Happy to hear that she’s ok. Heat can be a real problem!

Awesome! That’s good stuff.
Our buddy Matt Flynn would probably like to remind you to bring a few packs of MYHY. Just in case. For friends and family.

I spent all day in heat yesterday, and I usually can power thru any heat. Yesterday was different. I took multiple breaks, drank gallons of water and some Gatorades and still felt bad in the evening.

I bet yours isn’t an isolated story.

Wednesday. Start on Wednesday. If you hydrate hard the three days before the weekend, a few drinks here and there on Saturday and you're fine.

I would add, unless she wants to feel like shite for the rest of this week, she needs to make it a point to hydrate today. Fresh limeade, a sprig of mint, with a tiny amount of salt added works great.

I got rabdo once and ever since I drink a shocking amount of liquids. I now carry the 40 oz stanley cups like a woman

I was with a recent stroke victim ( it’s noticeable) and we had to cross the street and that mmeant that a lady who had staked out a spot would have to move aside for approximately 15 seconds to let us through. Instead of doing that this piece of shite cunttt started screaming “ oh no you aren’t taking our spot- oh hell no” and I said lady she’s recently had a stroke and I’m taking her to the medical station and she just kept screaming at me like a demon. If she reads thiI a I’d just like her to know that she was a bitch for no reason, that she was rude to a really beautiful human being, and she needs to check herself. Just because you are fired up about the Tigers, Karen-doesn’t mean you get to stop being a decent human being.

Rant done. Otherwise, what a day ! Geaux Tigers!

Good to hear she's ok. She needs a thorough medical evaluation to rule out underlying causes.
Good luck

Hate to break it to you but Houston is every bit as humid and hot. I’ve lived in both places for a long time.
Yesterday was BRUTAL in Houston. The humidity was 84% with a 94 degree heat.
