Who is out there that’s more qualified??

Brian Kelly is the 60 year old employee on their way to retirement that knows a lot about the old way of doing things, but he's not who you tap to lead you on a new and exciting project or to lead the new era of the company. He's long in the tooth and not built for this era. Even Saban with all his hubris figured that out and shut it down.

LSU is holding him back. He should go to Penn State.

We should all write letters to Brian Kelly telling him how amazing this Penn State job is and how he shouldn't pass up this opportunity. Perfect scenario to get rid of him without a buyout.

No I will write a letter to some close to you imploring you to find another team to root for.

Went to my pigeon pen and attached a scroll of your demands. Should land on Kelley’s Football Facility balcony. He enjoys the correspondence

I'm such an idiot. I put my letter in a bottle and tossed it in the Mississippi River upstream of Baton Rouge. A pigeon was a much better means of messaging.

Nobody ever answers that. Not with a candidate that’s truly an upgrade.

None of us suggested Nick Saban, but he was the correct answer. Saban was selected by a wise man (Mark Emmert) who interviewed him and knew instantly that this was a winner.

So the answer to your question is, “the guy who is a sure fire winner”. And he is out there. You can pick any year in the last 100 and there was a little known coach who went on to greatness. Him! Get him!
