Dude spends like 10 million a year putting a billboard up every 50ft, spending 1 million on NIL is a tax write off to LSU

It’s the lawyers and insurance companies fault. Both are scum

Constructions big wigs should sponsor Linemen

ROI? Sure. It's free marketing for him because not a dime came out of his pocket. He's not spending his own money it's boosters using him as the front. So, basically free marketing for him and gets in with the goodwill of the people in Louisiana. He was the only one willing to step up for boosters as the front putting his neck on the line.

So you’re saying walk ons and canes could give their money to him as a front so they won’t have to be in the spotlight considering walk ons is in so many college towns now?

I think some are probably doing it themselves as some local ones have went to NIL. The majority is going through him though and it's definitely not all his money going through to the LSU players. He'd be losing millions because he gains nothing from it from a business point of view. It's not sustainable so he's definitely getting money from somewhere else and it's probably pooled together.
Nobody is going to Get Gordon just because he's sponsoring the majority of the football/baseball team. I'm not going to get hit in the arse and think of him just because he supports LSU. It's the most obvious money front ever. It's a fking injury lawyer.
If it's coming directly out of his pocket he has something to gain for it just like other LSU boosters do. Like get energy contracts with LSU because they donate massive money to the university.

I am waiting for somebody to rear end me, so I can say my neck hurts and then hire Gordon, so I can support LSU.

What's the average settlement for a vehicle accident in Louisiana? $20K? (I really have no idea). If he's able to pick up another 50 cases per year from advertisements, word of mouth from LSU players and their family then maybe he breaks even. But the ancillary benefits from an ego perspective can't be understated. I doubt there's a postive ROI but being seen as the go to guy to get shite done for LSU would be pretty cool.
Boosters are donating money to Gordon to fund his NIL deals. I doubt he's still spending much of his own money to pay for the NIL deals. He's set himself up as the perfect middle man. LSU boosters go through him to support NIL. In return, he gets free advertisements with LSU football players.

Do you think there’s a return on investment for spending a $1 million this year on football ? What is it?
Absolutely not nearly as much as they are paying. NIL is the worst business decision any business can make which is why I believe it will eventually level our over time.

It’s all very telling
Why is Gordon the top NIL dog for LSU?
Why aren’t there more business’ stepping up to pay these players?
For markets like Baton Rouge, there’s no real industry.
Interestingly, plaintiff attorney’s help keep industry out. They make good money preying on business to make them pay damages which, in turn, causes insurance rates to sky rocket and send business running.
Gordon’s going to pay for a while but he’ll tire of of. He’s going to realize that it’s throwing money away.
NIL favors the large markets. It’s designed to hinder the sec which is comprised of smaller market teams.
We got hoodwinked

Because it is. Insurers have to file with the Department of Insurance when they want to increase rates and they have to document why. You think insurance companies just raise their rates for the hell of it? More storms + more lawyers = more claims. More claims + not enough contractors + supply chain and inflation issues = higher rates.
