Rightfully so. Sanford Stadium is a special place to watch a game when UGA is playing well. By far and away, the best SEC road trip to make for a game.

UGA isn’t unbeatable if we had a coaching staff that knew how to walk and chew tobacco at the same time.
Spoken like a true Crimson Tide troll.

I don't recall us ever having more than about 40k at the spring game. They're boring, don't count, and in the middle of the spring where there are whole lot of other things going on in south Louisiana.

Athens is great. Sanford isn't anything special IMO

a whole lotta pussies is this thread

Its hilarious how some of you relate real life toughness to posting confidently about a football team that we have reason to doubt.

The logic behind that is ridiculous.

When was the last time LSU had more than 25,000 at the spring game?

Georgia and LSU are two football programs that are heading in COMPLETELY opposite directions...

I don’t get the infatuation with spring game attendance numbers. I’m a big LSU football fan and I’ve been to a few games (at least one when we had a good feeling we would have a great team). They are just ok at best. Sure it’s cool to see a little football but there are several things I would rather do on a spring Sat than go a scrimmage.

Just saying

Nebraska had nearly 87000 this year and sold out in less than 24 hours. Now those are die-hard fans.

Bama and Georgia spring games always have attendance like that. I chalk it up to both programs’ fans being mostly redneck idiots.

As opposed to redneck idiots of Louisiana? You make it seem as if Louisiana is somehow superior in intellectual and sophisticated citizenry. I have news for you. It’s not.
Maybe their fans are just more excited and care more.
I remember watching a UGa blowout of Miss State and Sanford Stafium was still packed late in the game. Compare that to the empty seats in Tiger Stadium late in games.
I love the Tigers but the fan base leaves much to be desired.

For 3/4 of those fans, it will be the only game they ever attend. Free and Wal-Mart approved.

Yep. No apologies here. I don't wanna be that program/fan that has nothing else in life. Talk to a bammer. Their entire life/self esteem is based in the performance of a college sports team. It's sad when it's your existence. La people have shite to do.
"La People" have no more to do than those "No Lifers" in MS, AL or GA.

That's exactly where my LSU "Snowflake Pump Lump Nut Butter MA" moniker came from. All LSU, All the Time.

BTW, ever been to Atlanta? Many LSU Grads live there because there are so few college grad level jobs in Luziana.

A home game at memorial stadium in Lincoln makes it the second most populous city in Nebraska.
