George Will on corruption in college basketball

George Will had a column in Sunday papers about the ongoing FBI investigation into college basketball corruption. He cited the infamous telephone call between Will Wade and Christian Dawkins, bag man for big corporations and big college basketball programs. You're talking about some serious money. Big programs are on the chopping block, including LSU. It looks like Mr. Wade's days are numbered. He might be lucky to stay out of prison.

The initial FBI investigation that mentioned LSU was in regards to Tim Quarterman and Jarell Martin receiving money. That was Johnny Jones, not Will wade. Wade only came up after the wiretaps. The media has jumped on that but Wade was not and is not part of the FBI investigation.
