Ahead of OSU and Okla.

And while ranking doesnt matter yet, we have the best win in CFB.

1) Clemson
2) Alabama
3) Georgia
4) LSU

My prediction

LSU won't move up at all, IMO. The only poll that counts does not come up until mid-October.

LSU controls its own destiny. Just win babee.

I could see that. I don't think anyone other than Clemson has even played a ranked team so far. Let alone a top 10 team.

It's not that far fetched.

So far CBS and Bleacherreport have us at #4. CBS being the usually dead on one.

What the frick difference does that make in rankings? Should UGA be above Bama then since Bama is in the West?

Will be 3, but should be 1 based on the fact we went into a top 10 program home field and won. Just saying.

Herbie and Rece both believe we’ll be top 3. We should be because we have the best win of the season and look like a potential playoff team.

This game was huge for us as far as playoffs go.

If Texas goes on a winning spree, that helps us immensely.

I wouldn't put us over Clemson or Bama but we just beat a top 10 team, on the road. We should move up. No one other than Clemson has even played a ranked opponent. My mistake, Auburn has, but I feel we're better than Auburn as well.

We should be rewarded for winning the game with Texas.

After the SEC championship game we will have played 5 maybe 6 top 10 teams at some point this year

Alabama
Georgia
Florida
Auburn
Texas
aTm (maybe in top 10)

As happy as I am with the offensive play and the win, it’s hard to say where we stack up. This is a great win over a PRESEASON/Week 1, #9 team in the country. I recall last year our fan base was excited over a win over then #8 Miami, as we should’ve been but in hindsight Miami turned out to be a 7-6 team. I say let the season play out a few more weeks and see how good Texas turns out to be. Lets enjoy this win as a fan base and if we continue to win, the polls will take care of themselves.
