I would agree, in recent years we have been regressing as the season goes, this season we seem to be improving.
Have not made the CWS since that 2017 year as you reference, and in fact have only made the Super Regional once in the past 4 years.

Fire her from pitching coach duties , pitching been trash this weekend!! The offense has saved them for 2 days and will again today if they want to win.
