How can the lowly LSU Tigers keep it to 14-3 against the greatest team in college football history with the greatest coach in college football history playing in a stadium Alabama fans gleefully call Tuscaloosa West?

I don't even understand the premise.

LSU should take the gift of simply sharing the field with the mighty unstoppable Tide.

Saying that LSU would take a 14-3 halftime deficit has to be one of the dumbest things this guy has ever said. There will never be a game in the history of football where a top 5 team would be happy being down 11 at halftime.

I thought Gary and Nessler were sloppy Saturday. Gary referred to Florida at least three times as Georgia. Nessler was always 3 plays late acknowledging penalties.

You might want to not watch or listen to college football talk shows this week. Expect people to be saying this kind of stuff everywhere.

Transitive property doesn't really work in sports.

ETA: Not saying we get blown out or anything.

As usual, the weight of a thousand elephants will be placed on the defense, and the chances of victory will depend on the offense putting points on the board, preferably in the end zone.

Based on our performances thus far, it's really hard to imagine more than 16 points being scored by LSU, without a defensive TD, or maybe even with one.

But we play the game anyway. Let's see what happens.
