It was a facemask but the ball was out by then and the refs were probably concentrating on seeing who got the fumble/whether it went out of bounds.

the designed QB runs suck. let jefferson pass and extend plays if need be.. otherwise just run the ball with keiland or charles.

Well I guess it is too much to ask having LSU throw the ball down the field, get rid of the option with JJ, run Shep at wildcat with actual options.

Coaches have no confidence in running Scott from the one means our Oline is not good at short yardage.

He should not have been put in that situation. Yes, he should have not fumbled but that was not a good play to call.. At all.

Well, Jefferson scored on a run earlier, but I really think you have to pound the runningback in there on 1st and goal from the 2. But, regardless of the play calling, Jefferson cannot fumble the ball there, it just can't happen. More growing pains for the Sophmore QB, but at least he is looking much better tonight overall.

Beyond horrible fricking play calling right there. 1st and goal on the 1 and you get in the damn shotgun, get stuffed and then run a bootleg. That's worst than running a double reverse on 3rd and 1 with 2 minutes left in the game.
