Little things like that is why SB is outplaying LSU. Game 2, the 2nd baseman keeps the tag on Snick and gets him out. Moore doesn't even make a swipe and had he did, guy is out at 1st. Fundamentals.

I think the one thing SB doesn't want to do is play scoreboard with LSU via extra curricular actions like the hard slide just now. That in itself might well light the fire under their asses that we all know PM is incapable of lighting.

The one yesterday he stuck his leg way outside the basepaths and it got missed. Right there he was just too aggressive sliding in way too high and it got him burned. Guess he ran out of soul glow?
