I don't think they're talking shite about his PBP. They're mad that he didn't continue after fast feet started doing PBP the last inning.

I'm not always around. Last weekend I was out of town and unable to see the games. For those times, someone else needs to take over.
Ideally there should be several people who can step in and do PBP, but it helps if it's done in a consistent manner.
Feel free to contact me if you would like pointers.
As I stated, I completely understand and appreciate your efforts. In a bout with superstition, we went to shite each time I turned to 98.1, so I kept it here and relied on you.
But to give up the reigns, considering both the timing and the alter/newbie of the replacement, it was a bad decision.

Lol, I can't do pbp from Omaha, where I'll be until May 28, at which time I head to Jacksonville for eight weeks. I know others need to be able to do it, but not at the same time someone else is doing it. And not someone who doesn't know wtf he's doing.

I realize my mistake now but at the time I thought he would have been able to go. Most people answered without hostility and I appreciate that, but others (like yourself) were assholes.

If you've been around these threads the past few years, you'll know I always offer to let someone take over when I see them doing PBP. Most times, they decline. This time, he accepted.
My fingers were tired from last night, I have to tell ya. If we had an admin in the threads, he could swat anyone trying to step on the PBP. But we don't.
