I prefer aggressive while not ignoring fundamentals, personally. I don't think either of those two plays were fundamentally sound.

I do like stretching singles into doubles because of the obvious as well as the pressure it puts on the outfielders for the duration of the game.

JM getting to third with 1 out is NOT a bad decision.

Mahtook was an aggressive decision by him that didn't work out. Probably not the right traditional play though b/c of the left/right rule.

PM is a moron because of one horrible call by the ump and then a perfect throw nails a baserunner? I don't buy that at all. And considering that last ball was a double play ball, I'm not sure we would have scored anyway.

And the double is a result of agressive baserunning as well. Things didn't work, but I don't think it was dumb by any means.
