Great job by their pitcher. LSU offensively is very weak. If they dont find some O before tomorrow it is over.

What kind of pitcher is he? Junk or power? I'm hoping power.
wish I knew... I just looked up the stats

LSU needs to score early on this third guy. He is not a sinker ball guy, so they should get some good cuts.
How much can Eades give against this lineup? If he leaves balls up like he has, he won't make it out of the first.

To add to what I wrote earlier, these guys are a great story, but it wouldn't surprise me at all to see LSU beat them tomorrow by 5 runs or better. I'm no sports psychiatrist, but I think once the Tigers learned they'd be playing the fiercesome Stony Brook Seahawks, they napped a little. They should come alive tomorrow just fine.

quote:I heard them say during the telecast yesterday that several of our players played in the summer leagues with their players and so they knew they were good. Also Stoneybrook ain't smoke and mirrors they have 7 MLB draftees so if our guys thought they would "take a nap" on them then they are freaking morons!

Well, he needs to hit Carmona in the ribs with a fastball in his first AB. Then we can worry about the rest of the game.

Guarantee No one on this team (hitters) would play for Florida except maybe rhymes.

Never mind. Just looked at it again. When he got tagged the second time, both his foot and hand were off the base. Call was right.
Please don't drive.

Stecko-Haley is their third guy, more that tall, harder thrower guy, 90-91 but a little straighter, gets hit harder.

If we don't score at least 4 tomorrow, we will lose. Stoneybrook hits well (much better than us). I pray we have good pitching and even better base running to win. And absolutely no steal attempts. Geaux Tigers.

Best part about the loss, One more game tomorrow

Not even going to watch tomorrow's game. LSU has shown a very lackluster ability to show any power whatsoever. They do not even deserve to go to the College World Series, they would just be taking up someone else's spot.

Saw that too,,,, his foot came off for a split second when he was tagged on the second swipe.

LSU magic will happen tomorrow. Bats will come alive and we will bring the party to Omaha!

Disagree. SB is better offensively than LSU.
