How good are the kids that might end up at LSU for the 2012 year?
Trey Watkins and Alex Edward going to be cut after the 2011 season?
The pitcher from Bossier-Carson something-Is he comparable to Gausman?

Who knows what will happen to these kids next year, CPM doesn't know what to do with them this year. Soon he is going to run out of options for who to pitch and what lineup to throw out there. At that point he will not be able to throw his players under the bus in the media and have to put blame on him and his staff, which I have yet seen.
I also was taken back by the the short article in todays Advocate saying he texted Spencer Ware leaving Arkansas asking "Are you ready to go?" Really coach, a text? I am sure that goes over well with the guys who have busting their butt for the last month. It's little things like this and calling out players that makes a coach lose his ballclub.

Get with the times old timer. I'm sure Ware was ecstatic to see that message from coach. I don't see whats wrong with a little subtle motivation

This. Maineri can only do so much. The losses have been because of a combination of many things, including both poor execution and poor decision making by the staff.
It is one huge mess. The finger shouldn't be pointed at 2-3 players or one member of the staff. It has been a collective shite show

What if the players didn't get mad and quit after being beaten out for a position as a freshman? What ever happened to determination and hard work? (See former infielder swinging a good lefthanded bat that left for JUCO)

People who bash Mainieri for throwing kids "under the bus" must have not paid attention when Bertman was around. Dude played mind games all the time with kids.

Who said that he sent the text? It can only be two people and I am sure Ware and CPM would not talk to the media about that
