Fun fact Joe Burrow in year 3 is the PFF #3 overall QB in the NFL and #1 in passing.

For the 2022 season he is #3 overall (rushing ability included), and #1 in PFF passing grade.

In 2021 burrow was the PFF #1 overall QB btw.

That was number one with a “number two i.e. crappy” offensive line

Will be interesting in Cincy when Joe's contract comes up...

I don't think he's ever leaving Cincy. They will pay him.

No way ownership lets him go. They'd burn his house down. He's already very unpopular because of his cheapness.

What will be interesting about it? Cincy will pay him a frick ton of money. In fact his contract will almost certainly not come up any time soon. He’ll get a massive extension this offseason or next.

Already holds the record for most postseason wins by a Cincy QB. That's probably more of an indictment on Cincy, but that makes what he's done there even more impressive.

I think it won’t be interesting…do you mean noteworthy or news worthy?

Noteworthy and newsworthy are also interesting, so I’m not sure where you’re going with that.

It's really unbelievable what he has done at Cincy in his short time there. To get Cincy deep into the playoffs in his 1st two full seasons there with horrible Oline play. IF they ever get their oline in order and Joe is healthy they could have a dynasty.

Looks like Cincy will pick up his 5th year option & give him the big contract THIS off-season. I can’t recall that happening in the modern era.

They will have to pay more than him, they will have to commit to keep paying players to keep around him. He can go anywhere and get paid himself and he’s not about that

Joe will want to stay in Ohio for sure but can they afford to pay him and all 3 of their WR's? My guess is no. So i think they sign Joe, Higgins and Chase to long term contracts since they are young stars and let Boyd go in the next year or two.

The Bengals are literally the Kansas city chiefs with a bad online. The chiefs have an incredible online and that's why mohomes is so unbelievably effective. Imagine how playing behind the chiefs online ffs.

They will burn down the city if Joe gets away.

They really tried last offseason to address the OLine issues. Actually - I think they did a pretty good job signing 3 and drafting another to improve those positions. Injuries have hammered them there and there’s really nothing their front office could do about that. Credit to them for addressing (successfully I think) what was their biggest weakness in this past offseason.

I would too. I have old college friends in Cincy. I just dont see that cheap owner forking out Mahomes money... $450 mil for 10 yrs. Joe might have to actually win a SB to get that but I would bet there would be a bidding list even if he doesnt and he is healthy.
