They stated that after Sunday the QB order had become Burrow, McMillan, Brennan and Narcisse with a package offered to Narcisse.

They also said that sources said McMillan was demanding the staff name him starter after spring and it was getting old with the staff and becoming a possible locker room distraction.

IDK if any of that is accurate, just passing it along.

Lol if McMillan thought he had that kind of stroke.

Wow. Don’t think Hester would say it if it’s not accurate.

I guess that’s why McMillan thanked Miles and Cameron but didn’t mention O or Ensminger on Twitter.

If true it shows what an immature knucklehead McMillan is.

McMillan thanked Miles and Cam in his goodbye letter. Didn't mention O or E.

Draw your own conclusion.

eta: tigahjay beat me to it.

Had nothing to do with stroke. He was in the same position as, and did the exact same thing as Burrow. They both needed to know where they stood, because they had a decision to make

Urbs was straight up with Burrow, but Ed O kept dragging his arse, hoping he could keep them all

Urbs also had a proven guy he could be comfortable starting. We didn’t have that luxury in the spring

Please explain how O dragged arse.. he had an open competition up until the 1st scrimmage and then named his starter. Had he named a starter in the spring, maybe we do t have burrow and you lose Narcisse before the fall leaving only McMillan and Brennan.

Don’t speak on things of which you don’t know.

Is there anyone that was expecting anything different?

I'm willing to bet Miles and Cameron told him he had the potential to be a SEC caliber QB as well.

I think what this means is he wanted to know where he stood and they strung him along going into fall to keep up the appearance of a competition in hopes he would be backup.

It didn’t work and now he is gone. It’s understandable that he would leave if he wasn’t starting. From all reports, he earned it, without regard to bringing in someone better

I don’t blame either party here

Hate to say it, but Hester is part of Os media machine. They will spin it how they see fit. End of the day losing McMillan isn’t the end of the world, but him not thanking the current staff should be off putting.

You mean he kept it open until the first scrimmage of fall camp? How dare he do that.
