all true...the thing is the SEC cant bring this suite based off them wanting to say, the SEC and NCAA can make their rules and TROs from state courts do not matter because they will get their asses handed to them for being extremely inconsistent in their rulings, enforcement and wording
for example...if TRO from state court doesnt matter, then how come Trinidad is eligible? Sanky would have to answer that.
Why was the basketball player from Bama that played in the G league eligible and not considered a Pro
essentially the SEC has backed itself in a corner here and the only claim that can make is 1a. and they will lose.
I do not see how sanky last another year now.

no but this isnt some random persons opinion, its a legal opinion from an actual lawyer who handles these types of cases and has read the filing. Just a tad bit of difference there

One thing I’ve learned in my years of studying communication is that you communicate in a way that is appealing to all you want to reach.
We can safely assume he wanted to reach all who read on this forum and are following the developments.
This fellow didn’t follow that principle.
Perhaps he did to your liking, but that doesn’t mean that it appeals to most others.

Anyone who buys into this line of reasoning probably thought it was totally reasonable when people were told "no one's forcing you to get the shot." I mean sure you'll lose your job, you might be denied medical care, and maybe even jailed. But no one's forcing you.

Nope but you have certainly failed here in reading comprehension.
I did not anywhere say that I couldn’t read or comprehend the OP I just said that reading it in the way it was communicated did not appeal to me or likewise many others.
