Lol you're ignorant at this point.
Kelly cost Notre Dame no less than 4 5 stars...not to decommitmment but because he wouldn't play young guys.
Kelly threw his center under the bus when HIS game plan was to throw 50 times in a Hurricaine vs ncsu
He never adjusts his gameplay at halftime. Ever.
He brings in yes man assistants that he throws under the bus when Kelly fricks up
It's not sour grapes. ND had been trying to part with Kelly for 5 years. Kelly couldn't find a better job and Notre Dame couldn't find a good replacement. It's been known.
Oh here's some more...
he plays the safe QB over the talented ones... Book should have never even started at ND.
He wants to put talent people but he doesn't recruit. He takes every spring off. Just wait.

How many NCG and/or CFP games did ND play in under Kelly?
More than 98% of the rest of college football. I understand that you think this was somehow in spite of Kelly (completely ignoring the prior years after Holtz) but the reality is, Kelly is an extremely successful coach.

That poor bastard lol
That idiot has been whining since Kelly left.
So he thinks Kelly was the reason they couldn’t win a Natty in South Bend? Well, the last 3 NCs are UGA, Bama, and LSU. All 3 from the SEC. Now he loves him some Marcus Freeman who couldn’t beat Oklahoma State in his Bowl Game with a month to prepare and an intact staff.
The Irish fans just can’t believe LSU came up there and took their coach and that’s the cold hard fact of the matter.
I spent 3 years working at the BP Refinery outside Chicago in Whiting, Indiana. There were quite a few ND fans up there and for whatever reason they despise the SEC and particularly hate Alabama & LSU. Screw ‘em.

Hang on. I'mma let you finish, but that was the greatest college football game of all time

True story, no BS here. I can off the top of my head think of 5 Top 100 recruits that told me directly they came to ND inspite of BK
Even if that were true, or even provable, congrats on the one year bump and your finish behind Kelly and LSU in the recruiting rankings

Success? I like what I see so far, but he hasn’t won a game.

Kelly is a big upgrade over the last two coaches we had. They both won championships.
That’s it and that’s all.
You ND and SEC fans can keep arguing about the minutia.

Looks like he is recruiting pretty well but in all reality LSU has a much better recruiting base in Louisiana and Texas compared to ND. Kids want to come to LSU. They grow up in LSU’s back yard wanting to play for LSU.
Regarding QBs, I think Walker Howard is going to play but he is going to Redshirt. There are two more than capable QBs on LSUs Roster this year.
Go get get some Boudreaux’s Butt Paste to ease that pain. LOL.

He's arguing that BK won't succeed here because he's not Southern enough? Nick Saban and Les Miles say hello douche bag. What a butthurt babyback bitch.

And yet LSU's class is now ranked ahead of ND on On3 last time I checked...
And is only going to move WAY past it as more recruits come in.
Hmmmm

Well when every single ND fan said BK wasn’t going to be able to recruit at LSU and he finished with the #6 overall class last year and did it for the most part with just two or three assistants and has the current class at #6 (maybe 5) and ready to jump ND in the rankings I think that is the success that was being talked about.

It’s not exactly the same…Nick won a NC here then left for the NFL and LSU fans can’t stand him because he came back to Bama, but ND fans are taking it to another extreme because their image has been tarnished…
No one had left ND for another college head coaching job in over 100 years and this is what is eating them…
Meh. It’s in the same ballpark

He says that BK can't recruit and can't win the big game. He then goes on to say that ND is full of talent and that no one else is beating Ohio St, Bama and Georgia. He is a talking contradiction

ND fans absolutely hate that he left and is having this type of "success" already
LOL at "Success" when not a single game has been played...
The team isn't ranked in the Top 20.
All that has happened so far is a lot of big talk.
Those of us with some sense know to wait until the games are played.
