Not sure LSU can match the Auburn physicality up front on both sides. That could be a huge problem. We'll see. I like LSU in this one however. Enough offense to cover for the so far, questionable defense.

My body is ready for some good Ole sec play. I'm ready to see what this team is made of. Auburn really shouldn't be a problem neither should Florida.

They are going to live in our backfield. It's going to be shortz super-quick passes all night.

I thought Auburns running game looked great, the first half especially and their defensive line was good. Yes, Auburn will be a tough game for us.

Anytime Gus has a legitimate duel threat QB Auburn is a real threat. They also have maybe the best defense in the SEC but we’ve got them at home and that’s been a huge advantage in this series.

Florida’s style of D is a worse matchup for us. If we get past Florida with a W, AU won’t be able to keep up.

people are exaggerating the frick out of this auburn team all because they throttled an awful moo state team. are they a solid team? no doubt. is their defense very good? no doubt. but at the end of the day they struggled against tulane. we beat them by 10-17 in BR

MSU was not prepared at all tonight to stop Auburn’s run game. They were hilariously out of position almost the entire 1st quarter and auburn ran at will. Once they had a lead auburn started throwing bombs ( because why not, they had a big lead) and it snowballed on state.

I’m not sure why people are discrediting Auburn because they look damn good to me and definitely capable of coming to a Tiger stadium and beating LSU.
I still think LSU will win but it wouldn’t shock me if Auburn lines dominate LSU on both sides of the ball making the game very close.

If we do not get our D lineman back. They will be very tough. Nix is a very good Gus Malzan system QB. Same stable of running backs. Very solid defensive line.

Defensive back seven vulnerable if we can protect Burrow.

Unfortunately I agree. We have not blocked the Florida defensive ends for three or four years

I would love to see what Nix can do when the run game is shutdown. Im really not buying the hype. State is a terrible team. We saw how good aTm is. We also know how weak pac 12 teams aka Oregon. Sure they are better than they were last season but they are coming to Baton Rouge simply put LSU by 14-20.
