Ole miss wont ever win anything with or without kiffin. See last year. Program doesn’t have what it takes. LSU may be down currently and mired under Kelly but will always exist in a level above ole miss.

Thats too funny

The one season Ole Miss/Kiffin had the talent and the pre-season pressure/expectations of an LSU-type program, Kiffin lost games as a 15 point favorite, 11.5 point favorite, and 4 point favorite.

LSU fans would go nuclear on Kelly if he did that.

Kiffin is perfect for a place like ole Miss who has low expectations. He is already their greatest coach of all time after only winning 10 games for the first time in program history.

Would get chewed up and spit out by LSU just like he did at Tennessee and USC

Kiffen is a better coach than BK so I would take him

Do you think BK could do a better job at Ole Miss than what Kiffin has done? Kiffin has done a great job at keeping Ole Miss in the top half of the conference over the last 5 years

Go 9-3, on average, just like Kelly has done everywhere in his career?

Yes, Kelly could do that at Ole Miss.

I agree nobility...IMO Kiffin is probably the best offensive mind in the college game today...BUT Kiffin's mind set over all is we are going to win by out scoring you.

*** Kiffin as Saban's OC cost Bama a NC against Ohio State.
Nicky learned his lesson and got rid of Kiffin.

Well we have proven that we can score 20 points vs a good defense. That’s not going to get you a lot of wins against good teams. With Lane calling the plays with our current talent level we score at least 27 to 35 points per game. I would take him.

All good coaches lose games they shouldn't when building a program. see Saban at lsu and see Saban at Bama.

Kiffen has turned the Rebs around from a loser to a winner. His whole fan base loves him, he is innovative on offense and an all around good guy. Not once is his offense struggling season to season and his defenses are getting better. Stats dont matter when your 5-0. Dude has matured and has taken little brother and is now beating LSU twice out of the last 4 yrs including almost 3 out 4yrs losing on last play of the game last yr. How do you think thats gonna play out as the next couple seasons with Burger King as our coach and if Lane remains at Ole Miss? He is likely gonna be offered 100 million by Florida. Our 100 million dollar guy thinks because we had a "long run' at end of game against Florida meant we had a good running game. A 100 million for this clown.

I gree but he did just kick our team’s arse soundly so the timing of this is not great.

" Kick our arse soundly "???

Kiffen won a home game by 5 points against an anemic LSU offense.

Ole Miss scored one of their TDs after the defense gave up 49 yards in penalties on one drive.

I wouldn't say Kiffen kicked our asses.

Woodward blew that oppurtunity to get him and keep Ole Miss from getting a great coach. Now Florida will give him an empty check. He is probably gone.

i would, he had almost 500 yards of offense. Their supposed under manned defense dragged their balls all over Nuss and the offensive line. Our clown HC is an idiot and makes all of Louisiana look stupid as if we need more help

And won in 2023 due to LSU WR dropping a game winning TD.

I'm not saying Kiffin is a bad coach at all, but painting him as some dynasty builder or the next Saban is insane.

He is doing it at Ole Miss. He has less resources. He beat LSU with 32 yr old OC.

Kelly would be a 6-6 or 7-5 coach at Ole Miss

Lane may be a 2 loss team this yr but will do better than LSU again this yr. That will make 2 yrs in a row.

Something Kelly will never do in his 40 years coaching

He really hasn't proven to be a better coach than BK. He totally choked away 2 games last year with awful coaching decisions.

Sometimes you just lose a game, last night Ole Miss made plays and we didn't, sometimes the coaches make poor decisions that lead to losses. BK vs USC last year, Lane vs us and Florida last year.

He would crawl to BR for the LSU job. The same for Tuscaloosa, Athens, Austin and possibly Gainesville.
