I understand. You're immature dweebs who can't get over it. I was a Wade fan but I damn sure not gonna be on here bitching about him being fired 3 years later. But then I'm a full grown man with a life.

Considering he wasn’t on the bench of 2 of the 3 NCAA tournaments at LSU, I’d argue his postseason record here is moot. He was 1-1 the year he was allowed to coach and was an 8 seed so his record that year is consistent with seed expectation.

and if he weren't such an idjet to say damning words over the phone in combination with being a certified cheat he would still be the coach at LSU. But that proved to be a bit too much to ask of him.

As I said he could really bringem in. And these two were top 8/10 point guards in the sport at their time. Both saved many a possession w the clock running down. The dribble drive offense requires superior point guards play. He relied on it much more than motion to create open shots. He has evolved into to coaching both. But recruiting the right guards was/is his best talent.

You are mostly correct on this. Currently, baseball is second at LSU because everyone loves a winner, and our basketball program is sucking hind tit.
What these mouth breathers don't understand however, is had we kept Wade as we should have, basketball would be firmly second to football, because Wade would have had us just like AUB, bama , and Tennessee right now, and that level of excitement in a winning men's basketball program would DWARF the excitement our fanbase has over baseball.
Also, (and this probably won't happen again because Saban elevated our football program after his hiring to an elite level) , there was a good 10-12 year period where basketball was NUMBER ONE on campus, when Dale was at his peak.
I understand this makes the youngsters that don't know any better head's spin, but it is ONE BILLION PERCENT TRUE.
