For any faults O may have, an ego with assistants being better than him is not one of them. I think he genuinely wants what is best for the team. He made sure Aranda stayed and Aranda is the most popular coach on campus, followed by Wade and CPM. I am sure O gets sick of listening to criticism of the offense and realizes strengths and weaknesses. I think that’s the biggest difference between him and Les. He’s not banging his head against a wall expecting different results He’s seen problems and tried to fix them (Cole is a perfect example). I expect changes to the offense next year.

I actually agree with this. What has O ever done to show he puts loyalty to his assistants over his own ambition? The dude wants to stay at LSU and be thought of as a great coach, he's not gonna jeopardize that because he likes Ensminger or can "control" him. If the guy is gonna get him fired, he's gonna get rid of him.
Now, the admin meddling in the coaching hires doesn't surprise me at all. Alleva and King should have been shown the door years ago.

I also said I truly believe that Canada was forced on O by Alleva. It's incredibly obvious O was never in sync with Canada's scheme or personality.
I have concerns with O, but they are dwarfed by the true obstruction to building a champion and it's the puppet masters Alleva and King.

I'm not defending the move at all, I hated it then and I hate it more now. I'm just saying I don't know if O will let loyalty get in the way of his own ambition.

That's easy to answer.
Because they didn't want to. They likely received a lot of pressure from somebody inside of LSU. If chicken didn't want it he would chicken scratch the whole thread.
The only other explanation would be that the subjects of the thread asked the OP to remove it.

The OP knows a head coach of a high school in Houston that had a player that Kendal Briles was recruiting. He posted a picture of this head coach friend with Kendal briles. He also posted screenshots of a conversation he had with that friend talking about threads and posts being deleted of them talking about the claim that Kendal briles told this head coach guy that he was interested in the LSU OC position after Matt Canada was fired and that Ed orgeron was interested but Joe alleva and F Queen blocked the hire.
Basically it was proof orgeron more or less has been trying to get a good offensive coordinator and that the speculation that Ensminger was a stopgap solution is possibly correct. Also probably true what everybody's been suspecting, that Alleva and F Queen are playing politics and hurting the LSU football program. Their asses need to be ran out of town
