Talking to a TAF member this evening & he was mentioning that there are many seats available for season ticket holders to move, buy additional, etc. Mentioned there are lots of seats available in the South End Zone particularly. I was thinking it could possibly be the downturn in the Oilfield industry or home schedule is not too appealing this year? Hope it's not due to a lack of enthusiasm and more about expendable income.

It may be due to flooding last year.

All of the above.
And there were a lot of folks who still purchased seats for some damn reason knowing they weren't going to use them with hopes they could sell them for a profit. Hasn't worked so well lately for them

And it's a hassle to park, at least a mile from the stadium and much easier to watch on tv from the comfort of home.

We dropped our 4 season tickets in the South Endzone this year for the first time in 10 years.

The TAF fees and cost of tickets isn't worth it.

Dropped my season tickets in the SEZ this year after 14 seasons. Not worth the hassle of fighting the crowds for two games a year when I have a 50-year-line seat at the house in my recliner and in the air conditioning. TAF charges on top of ticket prices are not worth it. Besides, the games run for four hours with the commercials and there is no rhythm to the games anymore.

Been having 12 in the south endzone for 50+ years (grandfather passed em down)....I'm seriously thinking of giving them up in a couple years because it's so easy to get tickets the week of the game for a fraction of the costs. Even if I have to pay $250 a ticket for Alabama/Florida home games, it's gonna be a lot cheaper

Season ticket holders that sell there tickets every year will have tough time selling them this year. Not alot of people want to pay TAF plus the cost of the ticket when you can find them available the week of the game. Home schedule sucks this year.

TAF fees are out of control for sure. Also, the home schedule is bad this year and we don't play any marquee home and homes anymore to get anyone excited.

I purchased with plans of somewhat breaking even so I could pick the game I wanted to fly in. Plus it felt like I was supporting team, and fulfilling dream even though stuck in Jersey.

I am better off just paying $1-200 for game I want though.

One less game was going to be a blood bath this yesr

It's a shame that new season tickets are offered to existing season ticket holders before the general public. I know so many people who would love to get season tickets, but can't afford the amount of money it would take to move up the waiting list.

Also the waiting list is the most useless tool they offer. You'll die before you get priority unless you have major dollars to donate.

I have had 4 season tickets for years, while I have no plans to sell my hem, I am just going to a few games. I am keeping them for my kids and grandkids.

Sooner rather than later the fees are driving most people away. The home schedule this year is embarrassing, better get some good occ games.

I think the answer is to play more conference games, 10 would be perfect, plus 2 in State teams. Maybe adding Tulane like the old days

LSU always has about 3-4 home opponents that aren't SEC (or very good). These tickets are cheap and easy to get. The one or two good games a year you can still get at face value or slightly more, might not be between the 30's but you will be in the game. Then parking is a complete pain in the butt with or without a parking pass. Other than the status of being a ticket holder, it makes no sense to pay TAF plus face value for every game and then put up with the process of actually going to and leaving the game. I can sit at home and watch the games, when it's over I don't have to fight traffic. If there is a game that I want to go to then I will find tickets for that particular game.

I can tell you that I have kept mine for the last 5 years only to sell the whole season to the same person. Being up north I can't go but I do not want to let them go.

Worst home schedule since I have had tickets. Loss of Florida game is huge. The reality is you can cancel this. Season and get better tickets next year. Having BYU game in Houston is a slap in the face as well.
