Thanks to everyone for their insight. Glad I asked because I was thinking of writing Koasati off due to distance but it seems like it may be one of the best on the list. Thanks again
Would love to get some input from those that have played these locations as I have only played one. I am getting back into golf after being away for quite sometime and debating on participating in golf week's amateur tour. I always wanted to play it and now have the chance. Not looking to be competitive but more along the lines of playing more often, playing some new places, and doing something different. Im looking at the schedule and know that I would not do every tournament (maybe half). With that said, from a general "overall" players experience how would you rank these courses?

Atchafalaya
The Bluffs
Tamahka Trails
LA Tour
The Oaks (Mississippi)
The Island
Koasati Pines
Bayou Oaks at City Park
Beaver Creek
The Wetlands

re: Anyone a paramedic?

There are better options in the medical field besides being a paramedic. It will take you about 1.5-2 years to become a paramedic. In that same time frame you could get your RN. The biggest problem you have is lack options, you run calls, that’s it. There aren’t many supervisor jobs so career progression is slow. You will get burnt out, everyone does. From the outside you would think that it’s an unpredictable day but in reality it’s the same crap day in and day out. You will see the absolute worst in people and it will change you. Don’t have the misconception that you are saving lives every day because that isn’t true. I’ve seen things that I absolutely wish I could erase from my memory. The best thing I ever did was get out of that field. And there’s no money in it either. Go to nursing school, you have more options, you can do the ER, the floor, a clinic, home health, surgery, and so on.

I have one that was rough. Some may not agree with my tactics but I used a steel brush on a battery powered drill to smooth out some of the rough spots. Then just seasoned like normal. No problems since

Didn't read the article.... I wonder if it produces twice the venom? Either way, 12g will work.

I had the ryobi weed eater head, used attachments with it. Surprised it lasted about 5 years before it quick cranking. I actually went with a refurb ryobi commercial head to replace it last year. No problems thus far with it.

I’ve been looking as well. The oklahoma joes that I’ve seen at Lowe’s are reasonably priced around 300-400 compared to the absolute crap that is selling for 200. There’s an “over/under” design at academy that I saw the other day, fairly thick, either the same as Oklahoma joes or a little thicker. I think in the 5-600 range but don’t quote me on that. From there the price seems to skyrocket. I’m looking for an offset vertical smoker and will probably end up with the one Oklahoma joe has for about 350. I just can’t justify spending more on a smoker for the weekends. Check out the over/under (might be up/over) ones at academy. You might like them.
Remind me what the end result of that season was...
What ranges do you think you willl be shooting? 100 yds or less? 100-300? 300+? Etc...

What will you be shooting at?

Do you want variable power or would you consider a fixed scope?

It’s a really good pistol imo.
And this is why I own a boat and not a kayak. I’ve heard too many close calls of guys in kayaks.
