We were there. An absolute thing of beauty.

There are a number of games, but I'd have to go with Miami 2005. They were still the U, I think they were favored to win, people were still scared of that program.

And we fricking broke them.

Whupped their asses up and down the field all game long, no letup. And then we whupped their asses post-game in the tunnel, and destroyed their mystique. Remember, teams didn't stomp a mudhole in the U, and they damn sure didn't win fights against them. That all changed that night, and that program really has never recovered.

This is the first game I remember attending. I was 8. Yes, I’m old.

50-7 was destruction. That one gets forgotten.

2019 National Championship Game vs. Clemson

LSU's performance: LSU defeated Clemson 42-25 to cap off a perfect 15-0 season. Joe Burrow, the Heisman trophy winner, had a record-breaking night with 463 passing yards and five touchdowns, along with 58 rushing yards and another score. Wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase also set a championship game record with 221 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Completeness: This game showcased the full power of LSU's offense, arguably the greatest in college football history. The defense also played a significant role, particularly in the second half, clamping down on Clemson's offense after initially falling behind. LSU won the game decisively against an undefeated and highly-regarded opponent.

2011 Ole Miss

52-3

Offense
8/8 105 yards 1TD, 50 car 353 yards 4 TD 1/1FG

Defense
8/19 72 yards, 1 int 42 car 148 yards

2022 Purdue 63-7

Offense
27/38 369 yards 4 TD 1int (Nuss had one bad pass so not "perfect"), 31 car 220 yards 4 TD

Defense
19/42 169 yards 1 TD 3 ints, 36 car 94 yards

I know somebody said 2019 UGA, but i don't consider that "perfect". While we did blow them out, we averaged 3.67 yards per carry and didn't score a rushing TD. Even the TAMU game wasn't perfecr. We didn't even average 3.3 yards per carry, but we did score 2 rushing TDs and scored 50 points.

2007 Virginia Tech?

This is the only answer. We took a top ten team and it was as if they weren’t even on the field.

Ha ha! I was there, too.

I was in HS. I was certain we would win it all that year.

Ensminger to Carson was magic.

Carlos' record of 6 or 7 straight TD passes will never be broken. I know he caught 5 v. Rice, but IIRC his next two catches the next week were also TDs.
