1st..."staying late to beat the traffic" is the new "leaving early to beat the traffic". I find that by the time the game is over and everyone has left, I pretty much go to my car and drive straight home!

I contended last week that the PA and especially the music last week were too loud...I think they made it a little better this week...there was only one or two occasions where I thought it was too loud and I sat in virtually the same place.

I also think they did a good job of laying off the bass. I think that improved a great bit this week. I never once thought I had pulled up to a red light and the car next to me had its trunk rattling because the bass was too loud.

I still think most of what comes out of the speakers is shite as it pertains to music, but to each his own.

I LOVED the band halftime show. The alumni were great as usual and even though I am sure some will bitch about 50 year old music, I thought the Beatles songs were really good.

And it seemed like the process of entering the stadium was better this week without all the ridiculous delays.

I'd like to give a shout out to a particular fortysomething Golden Girl who can still do the high kicks. She knows who she is

the speakers are the best you can get, it's just properly tuning it, the main issue with the sound system is that the sound is coming from one point which makes the NEZ loud and the SEZ decently audible

Getting the students in was a goddamn cakewalk compared to last week. I never give him any credit, but good on you, Alleva.

I love the old drum major doing high kicks all the way down the field. Dude owns it.

John Hopkins! I smoked pot with Johnny Hopkins and Sloan Kettering, and they were blazing that shite up every day.

I would like to see coke vendors. And no I don't mean the white stuff. Saw cotton candy, water and frozen lemonade vendors. Was in south end zone section 414 last row.

I would like to use this thread to apologize to the girl in the concession stand for being on the receiving end of my nacho cheese rant. I know she probably isn't on here but I need to confess my sins. I was pretty hammered, and I shouldn't have yelled at you. It just seems like every game I get less and less cheese on my nachos.

I know, "white people problems". But it feels good to get that off my chest.

WILL NOT HAPPEN unless you and everybody else that agrees with this to complain to the advertisers and the AD.

I now call Tiger Stadium "Tacky Stadium" because of all the wretched excess ads, not only on the scoreboard, but ALL OVER THE STADIUM. Worse than any other stadium in the SEC by far. Cheap and tacky looking.

I was bitchin' about the ads last night. Wanted to see updates on scores. Ads ads ads ads. Sigh. Can I get some stats also? No, you get ads. Can we get one spot in the stadium for stats and scores? Just one? Frick.

Sloane, Kettering and Hopkins all loved Tiger Stadium!

Left at the beginning of the 4th after TM14's TD.
Actually paid a little more attention this week. GBFTL seemed to play more and the PA played a little less. My count by the time I left was 11 piped in VS 11 GBFTL. Still fricking embarrassing...

quote:

PIPED IN
GNR - Welcome to jungle
Ying Yang - Boom Whats Happenin
Young MC - Bust a move
Daft Punk - One more time (i think)
Macklemore - Thrift store
Imagine Dragons - Radioactive
(no fricking clue)
Ellie Goulding - Anything can happen
Queen - We will rock you
Metallica - Enter sandman
Rage Against The Machine - Wake up
(no fricking clue)

quote:

GBFTL
(don't know name)
Ants marching
(don't know name)
(don't know name)
Come out n play
Bad medicine
(don't know name)
(don't know name)
(don't know name)
All of the lights
Hey baby

The piped in playlist is pedophile rape awful. Someone please make it stop.

Whoever the DJ is who chooses the music and whoever gives that person approval should commit a murder suicide. You are ruining Tiger Stadium. Might as well go to a fricking Hornets/Pelicans/XFL game for shite like that.
