No you don’t. Most are raising concerns about LSUs lack of offense

With Chester at center UF will do exactly what they did last year, blitz up the middle. Nuss is in for a long night.

The bets were made before the rash of injuries last night, which effectively laid waste to what was a competent O-line in game 1.

Good grief. Every team is an issue. It is college football at it’s highest level. Because of the portal and NIL, even G5 teams are very competitive. A little bad luck and you can get handed an unseemly loss.

That hasn’t happened. It’s been a very difficult 2-0. But it’s better than 1-1 by a ton. After this weekend,……you should be able to see it doesn’t matter who you played.

Florida will be tough. We need to remember last year and realize that just because they lost to USF means we will light them up. They will be pissed off and wanting revenge. If we don’t play a mistake free game, they can beat the Tigers.

We could easily lose to just about every SEC team we play.....and we could beat them all as well.
We must play very well every game, or we lose.

Hopefully BK can get with sloan and come up with a solid game plan offensively because I don’t trust sloan by himself.

This LSU offensive line strength is their size and strength. When they engage with a defensive player they usually win.

This LSU offensive line weakness is their lack of quick feet. Small and strong DL beats this LSU OL.

Solution:

Line up Nuss under center a lot more and run between the tackles. When running between the tackles the RB and the OL gains a half a second when Nuss hands off under center. That is less time for the LBs to react.

When Nuss hands off from the shotgun the LBs are on their toes ready to fire into the hole like a missile. Advantage defense.

Nuss needs more of a pro-style offense with play action to get the running game really going. Also, play Harlem Berry. He's the best back on the team.

I agree. Durham seems good but not elite. Neither are excellent at blocking, but Berry was #1 back out of high-school for a reason.

And you know this how?
You talked CBK? Sloan? A player on the team? Another coach? Or is this your opinion!

Then it’s up to our staff to find ways to negate this or take advantage.
