Are they oblivious?! There are more important things than a football game.

Unreal. School will have major egg on their face if catastrophic damage anywhere near Gainesville

I'm reading final decision has been moved to tomorrow at 1 PM. Can't link twitter on work comp though.

ETA: now seeing where Florida states it's gonna happen in Gainesville. Good luck to people attending.

They don't want it in BR. Don't blame them. Let's not pretend like we wouldn't want to do everything we could to keep a home game.

Saying with confidence that the game will definitely not be moved out of Gainesville?

Sounds like they're just being stubborn.

This is hilarious.

The only question is will Gainesville catch the eye wall of 130 mph winds

Basically, this tells me they would rather have the game cancelled when it gets declared a state emergency. That way they can reschedule the game possibly. It also could be a revenue play by the SEC office. This way, they have a chance to regain the revenue that they assume would be lost to a relocated game this close to KO.

The audacity they have to play a football game at home after a major hurricane hits their region is astounding. Almost makes me wish they would experience what we have in BR after hurricanes so they will now just how stupid they have been.

Wow, I thought LSU had the worst athletic department in the conference. They are calling for mandatory evacs a stones throw from the stadium and they won't move the game.

Does FL have enough officers and support that they won't need the Gainesville people to go help on the coast?

That's it. Frick them and their stupidity. I hope we beat them 63-3.
