I expect a very tough game with FSU. I expect we will have a of of tough games this year. We have a totally new staff, lots of new players playing together for the first time and a new offense and defense. If everyone is expecting us to just walk over FSU they are in for a rude awakening.

By all insider accounts, the new S&C program also has the team in better shape than they’ve seen for a couple of years. That deficiency had a huge impact on the last two openers.

Both of these statements are true. These comments are eerily similar, but this is a different staff with something to prove. Not entirely sure O had "checked out". He was just overconfident and didn't prepare to win...then tried to challenge a fan to a fight before the game...

The more I hear about FSU having a suspect o line the more good I feel about this game. Our D line is arguably our biggest strength.

FSU is playing a glorified high school team. They'd better off scrimmaging themselves, which they can do anytime, and so can we.

typically(and purge the last two years,) our intrasquad scrimmages are against the best talent in the country, this year is yet to be seen
