I personally would not be shocked if he leaves, Again he has dropped a lot of hints to be returning tho. Given his passion for LSU I just have a hard time thinking he would troll the fans with these hints if he knew he was going. Also I know the video I saw and how excited he was when mentioning #7. Guess we can only wait and see but seems if he were to go he would have announced already its not like he needed to know his draft grade first?

Actually Herbert staying is worse than DW. Herbert goes from 1-2 qb on board to 3-4.

There's is no way he's coming back with the amount of money he's looking at! Plus, it's time for him to cash in. He represented LSU in a first class manner his entire career and now we can enjoy him on the next level!

No I’m pretty sure y’all lead yourselves on while the players take their time to make a huge decision.

He wants to beat Saban in Tuscaloosa for his swan song.
Plus he loves LSU.
Plus he can have an insurance policy.
He comin (back)

I have posted that he will be coming back several times.
Spoke to his grandfather and younger brother at Georgia game and they both said that he would be returning.

I never thought there was a possibility of Guice coming back ( I think he needed to go). I really think DW is 50/50, but who knows except him really.

He does not know chit! It’s guess. It’s like saying 50% chance of rain. Either way he claims he knows or was right.

He posted that on the 8th. I think you’re the one that needs to keep up.

Not to mention it's kinda douchy to rush to the keyboard to gloat over a great player leaving.

I don't think anyone's gloating over White leaving. As fans, I think we all selfishly wished he'd stay, right?
That being said, this thread is a solid example of how attempting to have a different opinion than the perceived party line is just asking to be ridiculed...regardless of how logical the position is. Posters here were railing at anyone who dared suggest a top 10 pick was leaving and were talking in absolutes about why he was definitely going to stick around.
Occasionally it might be wise to notice who does that in case you want to take them less seriously the next time they pop up to declare something else with 100% assurance.
