Guy should have come back proved he was healthy. Whoever gave him advice to enter the draft needs their head examined

That's a pretty good example of the short sighted thinking that led to this decision

yeah, I don't think he made a good choice. He was worried about being labeled injury prone but it sounds like teams looked at his knee and weren't sure it would hold up.

maybe he gets a shot as a FA somewhere but if not I hope he finished his degree

I don't feel badly for him.
Get your degree first unless you would be passing up millions.

There are no guarantees except completing your education.

Bad decision, made by him and his advocates, is on him.

Didn't Faulk say he got a second round grade and that's why he entered the draft?

Whoever thought it was a good idea to declare should have his butt kicked.

As others have pointed out tho.. he may just be afraid of another injury and not being able to make the NFL at all

Yeah, with his degree, he can still have a great career in something other than football.

Im shocked at Faulk not being drafted? Big men with bad knees or not. Faulk was a stud 2 yrs ago.
Is anyone else a little surprised that the pro scouts never gave Lonergan much attention? I thought he played well and has good size.
