Well the offense looked great after Bama and the defense gave up big plays that never should have happened just like that Bama game. Stingly getting burned was just bad luck on that bomb to Smith and Arandas call on that last TD was a head scratcher. Bama didn't belong on that field with yall.

I was just wondering whether OSU would be a little flat in that situation too?
Let's put it another way, if (and it's a big "if") LSU and OSU finish 12-0, who do you think will be ranked #1?

Yeah because last year they gave us a scare and because it was Fields first away game. It's part of a bigger point though that they kept moving the goal post similar to the same media about LSU until they played Bama. Now they are focusing on the LSU defense.

Little context the last 2 years against Penn State the Buckeyes had some epic 4th quarter comebacks down double digits. If they had controlled the game from the start it might have been different. I recognize that these are still kids and its hard to get up for every game.
If LSU and Ohio State are going into conference championship weekend both undefeated it would depend on how dominate Ohio State has been in those wins. They have won every game by at least 24 points which hasn't been done since 71 Nebraska if I'm not mistaken. If they blow them both out I see OSU jumping yall. If they are lets say 10 point wins we stay at 2. To take it one step further if both teams are 13-0 a win over UGA could keep yall at 1 but like before could depend on if OSU blows the doors off a 3rd straight top 15 team. I'm looking forward to these next few weeks.

If we beat UGa in the SECCG, it would be our 2nd win vs a Top-4. OSU will have nothing approaching that. Plus the two Top-4 LSU wins would be de facto away games. If both remain undefeated, OSU could jump to #1 after PSU or UofM, only to fall back to number 2 after the SECCG

LSU fans are so angry anytime someone speaks the truth about this teams. Why? Because many of you really do see Alabama as the team to beat and once beaten you don’t understand how everyone is not announcing this team as the best.
Guess what. Ohio State looks good. Their O is close to the LSU O and their D is better than the LSU D right now.
Accept this and stop expecting everyone to drool over LSU just because they are scoring points. This team has shown some weakness regardless of the points scored.

This is the correct take. I don’t think anyone in the B1G can hang with OSU but maybe having three huge games in a row will cause the emotional peaks and valleys that LSU has been dealing with. It’s easy to look dominant when only one of your first ten opponents poses any type of challenge. I think 13-0 LSU will be #1. Media types are wading into hot take territory trying to outdo each other bagging on our defense.
