Farthest location you listened to LSU on WWL

Back before 400 channels of sports on tv and Internet updates, the big 870 was the only link to nighttime LSU games across the country. My dad listened to Billy Cannon's run in Colorado. I used to listen to games all the time in Texas. And I've heard people say that you could catch the signal in Cali and the East Coast.
So I was wondering, what is the farthest place you or a family member caught an LSU game on WWL Radio?

I grew up listening to LSU on WWL in the 1960's and 1970's in Virginia. I remember hearing the 1964 Ole Miss game on WWL while in the Philadelphia area.

Here is a nighttime coverage map. I have heard WWL in-and-out (not a game) in DC area before.

We met a couple at a Kentucky game in the 80's and they lived outside of Pittsburg. At that time it was odd seeing and LSU sticker on a Penns. car. The guy grew up listening to LSU on WWL with his dad. He became a huge fan. He never lived down here or attended LSU. He made it to his first game at Tiger stadium in the late 80s and tailgated with us. It was great seeing his dream fulfilled. He still loves the tigers. This is a true story.

Listened to several night baseball games on the road between Cincy and Lexington, KY. Heard the 2003 LSU/Arky football game on the road in KY. (For some reason was coming in well that day during the day.)

I listened to a basketball game when I was in Madison, Wi.

If it's late enough and the weather's right, I can hear WWL here in Orlando. Before the internet was widely accessible I would have to depend on that weak in and out reception. I would have to position the radio just right on my shoulder to hear the play by play. Boy that seems like such a long time ago, but it was really only about 15 years ago.

Once listened to the Tigers on WWL from the parking lot of my hotel in South Bend, Indiana after attending a Notre Dame game.
Being next to a large body of water, like Lake Michigan, allows the signal to bounce and amplify.
Also listened to WWL driving north out of Miami right after the Super Bowl. The entire post-game could be picked up driving north along I-95. Once again, close to the Atlantic Ocean, a large body of water.
I have heard several older folks who grew up in Virginia talk about becoming Tiger fans in the 50's and 60's because the only game on the radio on Saturday night was LSU, and they could catch the signal up in Virginia (again, Atlantic Ocean nearby).

My Dad used to tell me that he listened to LSU football games on WWL back in the 60's when he was a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune (North Carolina).
Myself, I've listened to LSU Baseball games from as far away as Fort Myers, Fla.

Mobridge, South Dakota, while pheasant hunting. Still get it pretty regularly here in Colorado once it gets good and dark.

Listened to the 2008 Troy game in Fairmont WV. I kept moving my car around the hotel parking lot to get the best signal. Very frustrating game to listen to when you caught about every other word from Hawthorne.

I listened to LSU/Vandy a few weeks ago in Annapolis,MD. Signal was a bit weak throughout the entire game, but I was able to listen to a rather impressive LSU fourth quarter on my drive back.
