Which is what an aware driver does. Lacy was wrong for improper passing .. and the car behind the gold truck should have been paying attention. Had she the. None of this would have happened.
KL was in his lane 7 yards short of the 100 required by law. His attorney kept saying KL said he was a football field away. He wasn’t far off.

Ok so idk how to post a pic but the girl who hit the car said to the trooper at the scene that the truck stepped on his brake and slowed down .. and then he doesn’t again and this time it’s really hard. And then that the truck stopped in the middle.
So idk. Time stamp is about 11:30 to see witness statements typed out. I guess this is why the trooper asked the guy to remember to add that.
And so either the female who hit the car is lying or the gold truck driver is lying. But one says they didn’t stop and one says they did so …
All I know is I’m so sad for KLs family and friends. Period. The end.

Well I’m leading you to some pieces that all of these events simultaneously affected each other.
I ain’t sticking up for funyon bitch but I’m leading you to the point that kyren’s driving and wrongful actions did in fact lead to a short brief sequences of events that took place in about 1.5 to 2 seconds.

You understand it, yet still think it’s possible he contributed to the cause of the accident ? Again, I will ask for the third time that you explain how. We will continue to wait for your explanation that defies the laws of physics— unless they don’t apply in Chackbay.

I get that. But I personally wouldn’t say that he’s the major cause of the wreck and that he shouldn’t be charged for it.
Now Funyun girl shoulders more blame than Lacy imo. And it’s just that.
No matter, the deceased from the accident nor KL are coming back. Sadly.

Jesus dude. The older black fellow in gold truck hit his brakes cause up the road down yonder he sold ole green charger in his lane and passing 4 cars then getting back over the correct lane meanwhile in that same 1.5-2 second time frame ole funyon tailgating woman was not prepared for gold truck braking then maneuvered into the oncoming lane.

I never have said that. My words were I’m just not quite sure his fault is 0%. Kyren’s biggest issue is he made an illegal maneuver which unfortunately caused a very short domino effect.
