If what we’re seeing here is true how did we ever get to a place with this young man felt he needed to commit suicide because he had nothing left to live for?

This is a very tough watch. No way around it. I was on his side the entire time, even when I was under the assumption it was his fault because 1 it was an accident, 2 he had no way of knowing someone had died in the scene. This should be shown in cop/district attorney/people who set charges training.

Social media and people who love to break a story.

Tv and social media spewing things before having facts.

Rushing to judgement and blasting everything out there.

This whole thing sucks.

Like I said earlier. There are many multiple things that can be simultaneously right and wrong.

100 FEET is required by law. You're creating confusion.

This footage couldn’t have been available when he passed, correct?

Foreal, this happened a long time ago, you would think they would look at all the surveillance tapes that day or maybe the day after and he would be exonerated that same day. I dont see how how they could see that and not just say he had nothing to do with the accident.

Jesus dude. The older black fellow in gold truck hit his brakes cause up the road down yonder he sold ole green charger in his lane and passing 4 cars then getting back over the correct lane meanwhile in that same 1.5-2 second time frame ole funyon tailgating woman was not prepared for gold truck braking then maneuvered into the oncoming lane.

Yet, gold truck guy said on body cam that he didn’t slam on his brakes and the black box from his car didn’t show that either. wtf are you talking about? Had the woman who caused the accident been traveling at a safe distance behind and paying attention, none of this would have happened.

Not slamming and leaving skid marks does not mean at all he didn’t modestly brake like a normal person. That’s what the frick I’m talking about. He slowed down, he did not deny braking. Keep up.

Because a lot of people judged him before the facts came out calling him a thug and all types of names. Then people like Barstool sports attacked him on twitter which caused the NFL to take notice and started rumors of him not being drafted and being blackballed l. The final straw was the argument with his family who was supposed to be the biggest support system that young man had. He eventually felt like maybe his life was over.

92 YARDS behind the accident per the black boxes. That’s 276 feet behind the accident. There is a car between him and the accident.

So what is your point?

Had he been slowing down to make a right turn, the same result would have happened. No?

Am I making up that the BRPD very specifically said they had evidence to charge him? Which is what lead to this spiraling?

He doesn’t care about the video or what the drivers admitted. He has his mind made up for whatever reason. He is the guy watching Alton Sterling point a gun and a homeless person’s head and wondering why the the police had to take him to the ground. Same guy watching Sterling stick his hand in his pocket and pull the gun out and wonder why the police had to shoot him. Actual facts don’t matter. Only thing that matters is his ego.

So 120 yards away, on the curve, he was passing 4 cars at high rates of speeds?

You don't have a clue about any of this. What the hell does BRPD have to do with this? It happened in Thibodeaux.
