In no way is because the cops are doing wrong and the woman driving was wrong does not mean at all that kyren did ZERO wrong. If you aren’t up for the conversation w the facts of this thread then that’s on you. Kyren’s driving did impact what gold truck did.

THIS.
The Funyun lady who was tailgating was the cause. Gold truck could have slowed down for any number of reasons other than seeing KL as he was getting back to his own lane.

Attorney speak I think jumbled this fact. The document made a statement only that gold truck had an average speed of 28.2 mph base on a fact of travel time it took him to go 124ft or something.

There’s a lot of lawyer talk in this video that people aren’t getting the full concept that he is paid to portray the event to the extreme of what favors his client. His entire fact of she was tailgating is based upon data that only goes 1.5 seconds before the time of accident which is the exact same time his client was in the wrong lane 123 yards ahead.

1.5 seconds is only 22 yards for a vehicle moving 30 mph. It took how long for Lacy’s car to reach the accident?

You do realize two cars traveling at each other at just 50mph cover that distance in like 1.3 seconds right?
The driver of the vehicle that caused the collision lied. The driver of the truck was essentially told, by LSP, what his statement should be.
As soon as that video was available, all charges against Lacy should have been dropped. There's a reason the DA didn't go forward with the charges. It's a horrible situation.

He was 120 yards away getting back into the lane. 92 yards back in the lane. 72 yards away when the wreck took place.
