Wow… look at all the homer participatory trophy people.

A freshman qb dropped dimes on Lsu defense last night …

We have a 5 star sitting on the bench and all you schmucks can do is make excuses for JD.

If you’re not playing to win EVERY game why bother?

This!! Nobody is hating on him for any reason other than the fact that he sucks.

I've never seen so many people come to the defense of a shitty QB before.

Always fun to check in after a loss to see how dumb and fragile some of you are. Your post was my favorite so far, congrats! Try not to drool on yourself when you type your response.

That's an interesting observation.

Speak for yourself. I knew LSU had lightning in a bottle with Burrow.

It wasn't Burrow's third year starting either

He's essentially a RB playing QB. Some people have said that they think he's selfish and tries to make big plays to bolster his NFL hopes. Others feel that he's terrified of turning the ball over, so he doesn't throw unless the receivers are wide open. Sadly, if he had just handed the ball off to Emery instead of trying to scramble, things might have turned out differently last night. Whatever the case, it's painfully obvious that he has very poor field vision and can't read a defense to save his life. It looked like he might have turned the corner after the Florida and Ole Miss games, but those turned out to be fool's gold.

When people say things like “he’s a RB playing QB” I really wonder exactly how much college football you watch.

If anyone said year one with Kelly we will win the SEC west, and beat Bama with Daniels at QB every new hater would have had a wet spot in their drawz. But, since winning builds unreal expectations from week to week, low IQ fan has become natty or bust In the same year making any bowl was going to be a win. Laughable but so sad to watch. Also you can always spot low IQ fan... they ALWAYS scream about the QB! It's always the QB even if Les miles is running 4 offensive plays total out to the field, it's the QB!

So by your logic, we should expect 5500 passing yards and 60 TD passes from him next season?

Being objective on ones play is not hating on a guy. He does not care to throw the ball down the field unless they are completely wide open. QB play at the college level is hard and very few can do it well. Jayden has proven to be to be above average with his play making abilities but sub-par on the vertical passing game.
I can see UGA stacking the box and spying Daniels while taking the short passing game away from his toolbox. If they do that successfully then it's going to be Dolly Pardons song "When the lights went out in Georgia."

6-2 conference record as a starter. (First year in SEC)

Beat Ole Miss, Alabama (Top 10 wins at the time)

SEC Western Division Champs.

Yeah, okay. Idiot.

I doubt very few will not agree with Boutte and Nabers are legit athletes who can play in the NFL.

The numbers say they have 2 TDs combined. I see that as a problem and I do not think it is either of them but who is getting them the ball.

If you think those 2 guys would have only 2 TDs if Burrow was throwing them the ball, I would call you clueless.

It’s like some of you don’t watch the games

Daniels did not have his best stuff vs aggy but he has shown flashes all year long

He is already an LSU legend from the bama game. He ran the first offensive play in for a td in OT and then made a great pass to Mason to win it

We won the fricking west

There are a number of other reasons we lost to aggy aside from daniels play. They neutralized Perkins and exposed our poor LB tackling all game. We got abused by their run game

But continue to shite on a kid because you either don’t watch the games or know 0 about football

There’s a lot of shortsightedness in our fan base. This loss was a very big learning curve for the program under brian Kelly. I have no doubt that we show up next season significantly improved

Amen

This fan base is incapable of looking at a season as a whole. It’s always reactionary based on purely the last game.

God forbid our qb have a poor game. It happens to all QBs at every level at some point

There are 2 distinct conversations.

1. The season retrospective

2. Analyzing the team Saturday.

What happened Saturday is inexcusable from a coaching perspective.

Now how that applies to 1 is that it made what could have been a magical season more in line with expectations (we did slightly better than expected, winning 9 games instead of 7-8 as expected). A lot of people are bummed about this, and some people already wrote off the team so that they can defend BK.
