If you think Daniels is the reason we lost then you are dumbest person on this board and that’s saying something

We need a summer of 10k passes again

It was summer of 10,000 catches. Not passes

In 2019 we already had a QB who wasn't afraid to throw the ball and didn't need a summer of 10,000 passes.

Please do not compare him to Burrow; he is not close. I respect Daniels, but he still has issues. He has gotten better, but he is not going to beat you with his passing skills. He gives all he has every game and answers the bell.

Yeah he fumbled away the game.

Head Coach brian Kelly was the one to say this in the presser

"LSU never recovered after the fumble"

So, Daniels is on Burrow's level good/great? Is that what you are saying? Stats? What about leadership? Confidence?

Butt crack afro hairdoo is not worthy of a leader.

Lose that look, gain your team.

Who is hating? The fact is that he cannot play well enough to win in this league. It is clear to anyone with eyes to see.

6-2, SEC West champs says otherwise

Team did fine overall for the year, there's a lot of holes and we beat some schools we probably shouldn't have. This season has been a heckuva lot funner than the past 2

He is not good. He bounces on his toes in the pocket never able to find anyone down field. His poor play cost us the FSU and A$M games. LSU needs to move on from this guy but I doubt Kelly sees it that way. Meantime a true freshman played way better than JD5 last night. What could that mean do you think?

Why is it that a true freshman played much better than the LSU QB? He cannot get it done.

Daniels could be a top 5 QB in the country……if he wasn’t scared to throw the ball when a WR is not 100% open.

Kelly said, early in the season, turnovers were the key. Daniels fans have repeatedly said, Nuss is a turnover machine, bringing up last years Arkansas game.
A true freshman makes a turnover and his career is over.
Now Daniels has made the same mistake in the last two games and its not a problem?

He can play well enough to win the west and play for the SEC title.

Yea well JD now has 42 starts. Burrow only started 28 games his entire career.

The only reason we are playing this coming weekend for the SEC championship is because of JD.

What would JD be without Perkins, Williams?

Daniels got it done enough to win the West, and bring us to a 9-3 record so far. After 5-5 and 6-7, I'm ok with that. It'd be nice to see a superstar back there, but we've had exactly 1 in the past 30 yrs.

And let's keep in mind, we usually have a RB with 1000 yds. Our top back got under 500 this season. So it's not like they have a lot of help out there.

Now show me how many starts Burrow had before 2018 then do JD before this year. Most saw Burrow after 18 and said damn we will be good next year with at QB including myself. The thought of JD coming back makes most very uninterested.

If he plays the way he did against AtM, Georgia will embarrass us.
