Did Etling start to hand the ball to Leonard & Moore's arm swing knock the ball out or did he just drop the ball?

Dropped it. Moore wasn't there.

Honestly, it looked like Etling just dropped it. He looked pretty pissed at himself in the sideline

That is called emotion and giving a shite, and it is a good quality to possess as a qb and leader.

I've never seen a QB that didn't get emotional after a mistake. Could you please show me one.

You must have forgotten Aaron Brooks. Jordan Jefferson used to make stupid faces and blame other people when he messed up too.

Yep. Felt like Brooks was a good enough example, but JJ too.

There was no FB on the play. The ball just slipped out of his hand or he expected LF to be closer to him than he was.

I was thinking that he was just expressing frustration because he knew he messed up, showing that it was his fault.

I mean Etlingss not going to be that pissed on the sideline if say, Dupre catches a ball and then fumbles.

Moore was in the game, it looked to me like it hit him, but replay was inconclusive but they didn't over turn it...

I was just complimenting what I perceive to be quality traits in Etling.

We'd probably be 4-0 with 2009 Jordan Jefferson right now.

I am glad I searched for this topic because I wanted to mention it. I was watching the replay last night and I watched the handoff in slow motion several times.

To me it looked like the ball brushed against Moore's hip or upper left leg and that was enough to cause the ball to leave his hand prematurely.
