Listening to ESPN Radio late Saturday night. Some schmuck was on there going on and on ad museum about how the whole country wants to see UNC-Duke for the championship. I switched to a different station when no one argued with him. It was sickening.

Exactly! The ncaa will pretend to care to protect the “integrity “ of college athletics, but they won’t do a damn thing because doing so will start the shite storm pointed directly at Duke , Kansas, and the rest of the media darlings. Too much $$$$ at stake to ever let that happen.

After all this is said and done, if nothing else comes out and the trial is over, Will Wade needs to sue all these assholes for slander. Every last one of them.

This is how the SEC SEC SEC chant started..out of disrespect in the early 2000s...LSU vs USC BCS vs AP national championship..UF disrespect vs OH ST...Auburn disrespect when undefeated yet USC vs OU NC game where USC destroys OU...and on and on really. Some of you are so biased against ESPN it's laughable. Duke is still the OVERWHELMING favorite in Vegas to win it all. If you think they shouldn't be, then by all means go and place some monster money-line wagers against them since they are going to be heavy favorites in every single game.
That's not to say the list isn't trash, but keeping Duke #1 is the only reasonable thing to do.

I really, really hope we get an LSU-Duke Elite 8 matchup. I like our bigs (Naz, Bigby-Williams, Emmitt Williams, Darius Days) to matchup with Zion. Plenty of fouls to give out. No easy shots for him. If he takes it to the basket, make him pay.
Excluding Zion from the picture, Duke just isn't that good, for their standards at least. They are a horrendous three-point shooting team. I really think we can take them.
That said, let's go beat Michigan State first.
