My point ...your boy has not read the police interview of this shite head at the station.
Therefore he can't claim his credibility is shot yet.
You know he hired an attorney.. A civlil attorney none the less. Ever think that he made sure to tell his client to keep his credibilty in tack if there is any chance for a pay day. Hell even start the interview off by telling the cops that at the scene he was confused and hurt and now that he has had time to reflect and seek medicial attention he has a better understanding of what took place that night?
Think that is possible or am I just grasping at straws now?

This matters for what reason? He gave his recorded statement that said one thing. If he said the same thing at the station, he lied twice. If he gave a different statement at the station, both are invalid.
